OSBOURNE PLANNING PLASTIC SURGERY
Rock heiress KELLY OSBOURNE welcomes the idea of plastic surgery, but doesn’t feel the need to go under the knife just yet.
The 22-year-old recently expressed interest in posing nude for Playboy magazine, but despite stating her image would need "touching up" she’s not prepared for invasive surgery until later in life.
She says, "I’m planning my surgery. I just haven’t got anything saggy so there’s no point yet! "Most of my friends have had work done, and my mum (SHARON)’s had just about everything you can have done, done, so I know there are right and wrong ways to do it.
