DIDDY HOSTS BIRTHDAY BASH FOR BASKETBALL STAR
SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS surprised professional basketball player GILBERT ARENAS with a star-studded birthday party in Washington DC on Friday (05JAN07).
The bash for Arenas’ 25th birthday featured performances by BUSTA RHYMES, LIL’ WAYNE, TI and THE GAME.
The festivities kicked off on Friday after Arenas led the Washington Wizards to a victory over the Los Angeles Clippers before a sell-out crowd.
At an after-party at Love nightclub, many of the 7,500 guests created a log-jam in the stairwells when they tried to reach the fourth floor where Arenas was holding court.
Wizards player JARVIS HAYES said, "This just shows you how much love Gilbert has and we have as a team. I’ve never seen a party like this - nowhere close."
