ARQUETTE INTIMIDATED BY CHRISTMAS
DAVID ARQUETTE was mortified when he tried to prepare his daughter’s Christmas presents only to find out he was unable to assemble them in time for the big day.
Arquette had purchased gifts for his two-and-a-half-year-old daughter COCO with wife COURTENEY COX, but found he didn’t allow enough time to get anything ready.
He explains, "Christmas was big this year. It was like the first year she kind of got that Santa Claus was coming. It was a really exciting time.
"We got her a bunch of presents and went home to assemble them and I got her this Barbie dream house. Once I got home and I opened it up and the instructions said ‘allow six to eight hours (to assemble).’ "And this is the night of Christmas! It was a disaster!" The SCREAM star decided to keep the present for another occasion adding, "We’re going to save it for her birthday and hire a professional contractor to put it together."
