INJURED SCHWARZENEGGER TO MAKE INAUGURATION SPEECH IN PERSON

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 9:09 pm

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER will make his first public appearance since a Christmas (06) skiing accident left him in hospital later today (05JAN06) when he’s sworn in for a second term as California Governor.
The former Hollywood action man broke his right femur and needed extensive surgery after fracturing his right thigh bone in Sun Valley, Idaho on 23 December (06).
Schwarzenegger has been working on his speech at home under doctor’s orders and his wife MARIA SHRIVER was forced to stand in for him at all the pre-inaugural activities in Sacramento, California yesterday (04JAN07).
But the actor insisted on being at the inauguration in person later today even if he has to hobble to Sacramento on crutches.
Schwarzenegger will attend an official luncheon and then host a $500- (£256-) per-ticket black tie ball.
