Screen legend ROBERT DE NIRO fears he is going cross-eyed, despite reassurances from his optician that his sight is in perfect working order.
The GOODFELLAS star is now considering wearing sunglasses all the time to cover up his eyes.
He says, "The optician says there’s nothing wrong. But I can see it when I look in the mirror sometimes.
"My friend bought me some sunglasses as a joke. He said I should put then on so that people don’t have to worry which eye to look at when I speak to them."
