SMITH ORDERED TO BRING DAUGHTER FOR PATERNITY TESTS
ANNA NICOLE SMITH will be forced to have her baby daughter undergo paternity tests, after a Los Angeles court yesterday (21DEC06) ordered her to return to the Californian city.
The former model’s one-time boyfriend, photo-journalist LARRY BIRKHEAD, is challenging claims from Smith’s partner and attorney HOWARD K STERN that he’s the baby’s dad.
His publicist released a statement reading: "Los Angeles Superior Court has ruled today that Anna Nicole Smith and three-month-old baby daughter DANNIE LYNN are ordered to submit to paternity testing." Birkhead added, "Christmas has come early, and I thank God that I will soon have the opportunity to prove that I am the father… and eventually hold her in my arms." Smith’s attorney RON RALE would not deny or confirm the ruling.
