PERRY LANDS HOUSTON FAMILY ON NEW SOUNDTRACK ALBUM

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 9:12 pm

Actor/writer TYLER PERRY has landed a coup for the soundtrack of his new movie DADDY’S LITTLE GIRLS - the first song recorded by WHITNEY HOUSTON, her mother CISSY and aunt DIONNE WARWICK.
THE HOUSTON FAMILY came together to record the tune FAMILY FIRST for Perry’s new film.
The recording marks Whitney’s first official release since her drug abuse battle earlier this year (06).
The soundtrack, which hits stores in America on 9 January (07) also features performances from BRIAN McKNIGHT, YOLANDA ADAMS, BEYONCE KNOWLES and her former DESTINY’S CHILD bandmate LeTOYA LUCKETT.
The album also features one of tragic GERALD LEVERT’s last recordings - a duet with VANESSA WILLIAMS.
