Hip-hop producer JONATHAN ‘JR’ ROTEM has been spotted romancing another woman, just days after he was photographed kissing pop star BRITNEY SPEARS.
Rotem, 31, has been working with the TOXIC star on her upcoming album and the duo were seen kissing and cuddling during a night out in Los Angeles last week (10DEC06).
Just four days later, Rotem was spotted arriving at Los Angeles celebrity restaurant Koi holding hands with 17-year-old HAYDEN PANETTIERE, who stars in the hit US TV show HEROES and is also an aspiring musician.
Like Spears, Rotem is reportedly helping the young star with her new album and getting cosy in the process.
Panettiere tells American publication Star, "JR Rotem produced a couple of my songs and it’s very exciting. I would say it’s rock, but it’s really a mixture of everything."

KENNY DAVERN, a clarinetist and soprano saxophonist, who became an acclaimed torchbearer of traditional jazz and swing, has died. He was 71.
Davern died last Tuesday (12DEC06) after a heart attack at his home in Sandia Park, New Mexico.
Emphasising melody more than free-form improvisation, Davern spent five decades musically articulating the legacy of his heroes, including trumpeter LOUIS ARMSTRONG and clarinetist PEE WEE RUSSELL.
Davern began recording in 1954, when he joined JACK TEAGARDEN’s Dixieland group and freelanced with swing and Dixieland combos.
He worked with such masters as saxophonist BUD FREEMAN, Cornetist RUBY BRAFF and trumpeters PEE WEE ERWIN, PHIL NAPOLEON and WILD BILL DAVISON.
His most enduring collaboration was with reed player BOB WILBER, with both men doubling on soprano sax and clarinet in the group they formed called the SOPRANO SUMMIT, which toured and recorded throughout the 1970s.

KYLIE MINOGUE has abruptly left Australia to rush back to Paris, France, amid claims boyfriend OLIVIER MARTINEZ has been unfaithful.
The SPINNING AROUND star had planned to spend her first Christmas since winning her breast cancer battle with her family, but has instead flown back to Europe less than 12 hours after completing the final performance of her Australian tour.
A spokeswoman for the company promoting Minogue’s tour attributed the sudden dash to her upcoming New Year’s Eve (31DEC06) show at London’s Wembley Arena, telling Sydney’s Daily Telegraph her schedule had moved forward after the concert was announced.
Minogue’s sister, DANNII said late last week (ends17DEC06) that the family had planned on spending the holidays together in their hometown of Melbourne, saying, "We know how lucky we are to be together this Christmas." Media reports claim Olivier has been romancing 24-year-old model SARAI GIVATI after the two were photographed together, with the model reportedly saying that they had spent "three wonderful days and nights together".

KID ROCK was among the mourners who joined music industry heads and Turkish dignitaries at the funeral of Atlantic Records co-founder AHMET ERTEGUN in Istanbul, Turkey this morning (18DEC06).
Ertegun, who launched the careers of RAY CHARLES and ARETHA FRANKLIN - among countless other acts, died last week (14DEC06), at the age of 83.
The Turkish-born impresario was buried at an ancestral family site near the Bosphorus.
Turkey’s Foreign Minister ABDULLAH GUL represented the country’s government at the sombre affair. Other mourners included Turkish pop star TARKAN and Time Warner CEO LYOR COHEN.
At the ceremony Kid Rock said, "I have met many people, been to many places and seen many things, but he was definitely the best. He could not sing but he was music personified."

‘The Invasion’, a sci-fi movie in which Nicole play a psychiatrist investigating a mysterious epidemic, is having many of its scenes re-filmed after being widely panned.
An on-set source told Hollywood website The Buzz: "Half the movie is being re-shot after the rough cut didn’t test well." A representative for Warner Bros studios confirmed some scenes are being filmed again but denied it was because the movie has been badly received.
The spokesperson said: "They are doing mostly second-unit re-shoots now, and there has been no testing." Critics fear ‘The Invasion’ - which began as a remake of the 1956 film ‘The Invasion of the Body Snatchers’ but is now considered an original script - will be another flop for Oscar winner Nicole, whose recent films ‘Fur’ and ‘Bewitched’ failed to wow audiences.
The film, which also stars new James Bond actor Daniel Craig, is due for release in 2007.

The ‘Mean Girls’ actress has been having strip-tease training in preparation for her role as a topless dancer in new movie ‘ I Know Who Killed Me’, but has been finding the work-outs tough.

The Spice Girl has apparently been lined up to play an alien bride in ‘The Thetan’ - based on the bizarre sci-fi cult, which believes in alien life forms.
Victoria is said to be "thrilled" about getting her big Hollywood break.
A source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: "Victoria is really hoping to make a go of it in Hollywood. This could be the perfect start for her, with good pal Tom Cruise in charge." The 32-year-old - who made her first attempt at acting in the 1997 Spice Girls movie ‘Spice World’- will play the bride of an alien leader called a thetan, which Scientologists claim is an immortal spiritual being, present in all humans.
Cruise - who is bankrolling the project himself after it was rejected by all the major film studios - is said to have picked Victoria for the role after being impressed by her "comic genius".
Victoria - who is married to soccer superstar David Beckham - is currently looking to buy a property in Los Angeles after recently landing a presenting role on a new US fashion programme.

The estranged wife of Sir Paul McCartney, who has been targeted by Merseyside gangsters, has installed a panic alarm which triggers an "immediate response" from Sussex police.
Heather’s spokesman said: "She is frightened, but she’s more worried about Beatrice than anything else. She has been told who these characters are and the worrying thing is that they have a violent past.
"The problem is she can’t really do anything to protect herself apart from keep a watchful eye." Police have given Heather safety tips and also spoken to Paul about the threats.
A Sussex police spokesman said: "On Thursday, 14 December, information was received from police in the Merseyside area which indicated a non-specific threat towards Heather Mills McCartney.
"Police can confirm she was spoken to by officers and was fully informed of the information, including details of the names of individuals involved.
"Police are satisfied there is no imminent risk to her.
"Local officers have been briefed regarding the circumstances and provision has been made for an immediate police response should this be necessary." Heather, 38, has been bombarded by death threats and hate mail since her split from Paul in May. She has said she feels "scared" because she has no money to pay for security.
Meanwhile, Paul, 64, will be spending Christmas Day with the couple’s three-year-old daughter Beatrice, without Heather.
A source said: "Heather is absolutely livid. She thinks Bea should be with her on Christmas Day."

The supermodel has allegedly signed a deal with Coty, the same fragrance producer who has helped Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker, The Beckhams and Gwen Stefani create their own signature fragrances.
According to Brazilian gossip website Glamurama, Coty has so far refused to confirm any details of the deal.
If the proposed deal does go ahead it will be just the latest side project for Kate who has just begun designing her own fashion range for British high street chain TopShop.
Another model soon to be lending her face to a fragrance is Gisele Bundchen.
The Brazilian beauty has signed a multi-million dollar contract with Cacharel to represent a new perfume launching next year.
The French company’s research revealed the supermodel to be one of the biggest celebrities in Japan, China and the Middle East, areas that Cacharel particularly wish to target.
Gisele posed for the poster campaign last Monday (11.12.06) and will film a commercial in January.

The former drug addict had been charged with criminal mischief, harassment and trespassing after she went berserk in her neighbour’s home, allegedly tearing a mirror off her wall and threatening to sexually molest her dog.
Lyonne attended the Manhattan Criminal Court on Friday in the company of her drug counsellor Heather Hayes.
Hayes told Judge Anthony Ferrara the actress had completed an in-patient drug treatment program in February and continues to attend out-patient rehab.
Hayes said: "She’s done excellently, very well." As Lyonne had already completed her court-ordered treatment and has paid $2,000 in restitution, the judge ruled that all charges will be dropped if Lyonne can stay out of trouble for the next six months.
A warrant was issued for Lyonne’s arrest in January this year after she missed her fourth court date for the dog offence.
The 27-year-old star - who played Jessica in the ‘American Pie’ films and once lived with ‘Terminator 2′ actor Edward Furlong - was left fighting for her life last year after contracting hepatitis C, a heart infection and suffering from a collapsed lung.
Lyonne went missing and was found last year in an intensive care unit in a New York hospital. She also received methadone treatment for heroin abuse after she was found to have track marks - needle holes caused by intravenous drug use - on her arms.
