Trouser thief
A US shoplifter was caught after her trousers fell down because she had stuffed so much into the pockets.
Cheyanne E. Dwiggins, 18, was trying to escape from Bauer’s Market in Lapel, Indiana, when her trousers fell around her ankles and she tripped over.
Store owner Scott Law had seen her stealing several items and phoned the police who chased after her. As her trousers fell down the officers caught a glimpse of her bare bottom.
Police took her to the station where they recovered six chocolate bars, cake decorations, an ice cream scoop, measuring spoons, a potato peeler - and a strawberry milkshake hidden in her crotch.
Dwiggins has been held on one charge of theft.
Law said: "This is just the icing on the cake."
