Scottish star Allison recorded the ballads with the troubled British star two years ago (04). But she claims Moss is jealous of her former relationship with the BABYSHAMBLES singer, and is determined to block the release.
She says, "Pete and I wrote a batch of great songs together two years ago.
But they can’t be released at the moment.
"The situation is Kate has banned him from releasing them. That’s what I’ve been told.
"Most of them are strummed on acoustic guitar, really beautiful duets."

PETER O’TOOLE has a guru to thank for his groundbreaking role in DAVID LEAN’s LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, because the mystic told the director’s wife O’Toole was the only one who could play the iconic lead.
O’Toole shot to fame as flamboyant soldier TE LAWRENCE in the classic 1962 movie, but insists he was never among the list of favourites to land the role.
He tells men’s magazine Esquire, "Everybody was offered the part of Lawrence of Arabia: MARLON BRANDO, GRETA GARBO, GROUCHO MARX. Everybody but me. They all turned it down for various reasons.
"David’s wife was seeing a guru at the time, and this guru had seen a film called THE DAY THEY ROBBED THE BANK OF ENGLAND, in which I played a silly English (army) officer. And the guru told her that he had just seen the man who should play Lawrence."

LATEST: The man who beat up British radio DJ RICHARD BACON earlier this year (06) was Bravo TV sports presenter ANDY BURTON - Bacon’s now girlfriend’s ex lover, it has been revealed.
Burton pleaded guilty to assault at the City of Westminster magistrates court in London on Monday (11DEC06).
Bacon, 31, was followed by Burton in August from London radio station XFM to the Garrick Arms pub in Charing Cross, where he was subsequently attacked in the toilets.
Bacon had split with his longterm love and former BLUE PETER co-presenter KONNIE HUQ at the time of the assault, but had not yet started officially romancing MacFarlane.
A police source says, "Burton had got it into his head that Bacon and his ex-partner were having an affair." Bacon refused to comment. Burton will be sentenced in March (07).

British actress BILLIE PIPER has reportedly split up with her longterm boyfriend AMADU SOWE.

British royal PRINCE WILLIAM’s girlfriend KATE MIDDLETON has snubbed a special invitation to join the royal family for Christmas - according to reports.
The 24-year-old has insisted that she won’t be attending any regal festivities until she and Prince William are married. A source says, "Kate has said she won’t be going to Sandringham (the Queen’s country home in eastern England) until she’s a part of the family.
"She has made it quite clear that she will only be at a royal Christmas if she and William get married and that’s not yet on the cards.

Movie star MEL GIBSON is allegedly facing a legal battle from a young Australian woman who insists she is his love-child.
CARMEL SLOANE, 29, claims her mother MARILYN was picked up by Gibson when she was hitchhiking in Australia in 1976. Gibson, who then worked at an orange juice factory in Adelaide, apparently then romanced her in the back of his wagon - but Marilyn, who alleges she then fell pregnant with Carmel, never saw him again after their steamy interlude.
Legal papers will be served on the Hollywood actor this week (begs18DEC06).
The star will have to either admit paternity or face a DNA test.
Carmel tells British newspaper the News of the World, "I’m not doing it for his money. I just want to meet the man I’ve always known was my dad - and for him to get to know his grandson." Marilyn recalls, "I was a slim young woman in tight-fitting jeans on the side of the road when a station wagon stopped.
"Mel turned to look at me with those amazing blue eyes and I was mesmerised.
He said, ‘Where are you going?’ I said, ‘A long way from here.’ "When we stopped for the night he persuaded me to join him in the back. I told him, ‘If anything happens and I get pregnant I’m going to come looking for you.’ "He replied, ‘I’m going to be famous, you’ll always know where to find me.’" Carmel adds, "We have no choice but to go legal so that we can get to the bottom of this once and for all.
"A simple DNA test will sort it out."

A bill may be filed in Texas to allow blind people to shoot animals.
Republican representative Edmund Kuempel, the bill’s sponsor, wants blind hunters to be allowed to go shooting with the aid of a sighted person.
He said: "This opens up the fun of hunting to additional people, and I think that’s great.
"I’ve seen this on TV before, when they’re taking target practice. When they aim the gun, the guide tells them, aim two inches higher or two inches lower and you’re on the target, and you’re off and running." Under current Texan law, the use of laser sights, spotlights and headlights is prohibited in hunting.
Hunters using laser sights - which make animals stand still when the light shines on them - would have to carry proof that they are legally blind.

A Texas real estate agent is offering free guns to anyone who buys a home from her.
Julie Upton, from Houston, has placed an advertisement in the city’s police department magazine ‘Badge and Gun’ offering a free pistol with the purchase of any home worth more than $150,000.
Upton explained: "We thought it would be a good way to entice other police officers. And whether people want the gun or not, it has stirred up a lot of attention." So far Upton has given away two pistols worth $500.
A license is not required to own a rifle, shotgun or rifle in Texas.
However, a permit is needed to carry a concealed weapon.

Smokers in Scotland have been mistakenly prescribed Viagra to help them quit nicotine.
The National Health Service in Greater Glasgow and Clyde has admitted the blunder is due to a computer error.
When doctors prescribed the anti-smoking pill Zyban for their patients, their computers had been selecting sildenafil - the medical name for Viagra.
Smokers found they were still craving cigarettes but had a heightened sex drive.
An NHS spokeswoman said: "At no time was patient care affected by this as all prescriptions are subject to stringent double checking."

An Austrian bank robber was arrested after he left his account card at the branch.
The robber, who was brandishing a knife, had left his card behind after checking his balance just before he held the bank up.
A bank clerk found the card, which belonged to a 32-year-old former policeman from Serbia, and handed it over to police.
The unnamed man was arrested after reporting his card was lost when he tried to deposit £9,600 into his account to reduce his overdraft.
The robber has been sentenced to four years in jail.

A US shoplifter was caught after her trousers fell down because she had stuffed so much into the pockets.
Cheyanne E. Dwiggins, 18, was trying to escape from Bauer’s Market in Lapel, Indiana, when her trousers fell around her ankles and she tripped over.
Store owner Scott Law had seen her stealing several items and phoned the police who chased after her. As her trousers fell down the officers caught a glimpse of her bare bottom.
Police took her to the station where they recovered six chocolate bars, cake decorations, an ice cream scoop, measuring spoons, a potato peeler - and a strawberry milkshake hidden in her crotch.
Dwiggins has been held on one charge of theft.
Law said: "This is just the icing on the cake."

A Swedish police station has ordered toilet paper for the first time in 20 years.
In March 1986 an officer ticked the box for a pallet of toilet paper rather than a packet for the station in the small town of Hagfors.
Officers tried to return the delivery but they were told it would be too expensive and time consuming.
The toilet paper delivery filled 12 garages.
The police station was also forced to take delivery of three million plastic bags and 550,000 paper towels.
Officers were shocked when the pallet eventually ran out recently.
Station Chief Björn Fredlund said: "It was single sheet mind you, and double would have been nice, but overall it was fine. There were times when we weren’t sure we’d make it."
