GEST SEXUAL HARASSMENT LAWSUIT DISMISSED

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 2:48 am

A sexual harassment lawsuit against LIZA MINNELLI’s estranged husband DAVID GEST was thrown out of court by a New York federal judge on Friday (08DEC06).
CHARLES BEYER alleged that during the four months he worked as Gest’s assistant, the concert producer grabbed his buttocks, mocked his manhood and told people he was a transsexual.
Gest also reportedly wrote directions in his calendar such as "shake my penis" and "dip it in chocolate".
Judge BERNICE BOUIE DONAL threw out the $300,000 (£154,000) sexual harassment suit after reviewing the claim.
The suit also charged that Gest once paid bodyguard IMAD HANDI $700 (£359) to grope Beyer’s crotch.
Handi has vehemently denied the charge and has slapped Beyer with a $3 million (£1.5 million) lawsuit.
