Corpse on board

Posted in: Bizzare Stories — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:44 pm

First Class passengers on a transatlantic flight were horrified when they had to sit next to a dead body for three hours.
An elderly traveller suffered a heart attack on the British Airways flight from Boston to London, and despite a 35-minute attempt to revive him by a doctor and the crew he sadly passed away.
Four stewards and a fellow passenger carried the septuagenarian’s body into the first class area - where tickets cost up to £6,669 - and placed him in a semi-reclined seat.
Passengers then had to sit next to the body, wrapped in a blanket which did not cover his head, for the remaining three hours of the flight.
One first class passenger said: "It was a very strange and unsettling thing to experience." British Airways said there were about a dozen deaths onboard its planes every year.
