Britney Spears has apologised to her fans for her recent run of flashing.
The 25-year-old mother-of-two, who has been partying almost non-stop since splitting from husband Kevin Federline last month, has admitted she may have gone too far after being caught not wearing pants on four separate occasions In a statement on her official website, Britney said: "I probably did take my new found freedom a little too far. Anyway, thank God for Victoria’s Secrets new underwear line!" The ‘Toxic’ singer - who has two sons with Kevin, 15-month old Sean Preston and three-month-old Jayden James - admits she got carried away after being a stay-at-home mother for so long.
Britney said: "It’s been so long since I’ve been out on the town with friends. It’s been two years since I’ve even celebrated my birthday. Every move I make at this point has been magnified more than I expected." The pop superstar is now keen to get back to work and start making music again.
She promised: "I look forward to a new year, new music and a new me. I’m just getting started!"
