Ashlee Simpson has sold her Los Angeles mansion.
The 22-year-old singer, the sister of ‘Dukes of Hazzard’ actress Jessica, bought the house in the suburban area of Encino for $4.5 million last year.
Ashlee has sold the property for an impressive $5.7 million - a profit of $1.2 million.
The lavish house boasts a gym, a meditation room, sauna, spa and a huge wardrobe equipped with its own laundry unit.
Ashlee sold the property to Hawaiian convalescent hospital owner Edward Keh.
The ‘Pieces Of Me’ singer is currently staying with older sibling Jessica while her new house is being renovated.
