WILL SMITH held back tears as he was honoured in New York at the weekend (03DEC06) when his proud wife JADA PINKETT SMITH sobbed about what it’s like being married to a great man.
Pinkett Smith stole the show at the Museum of The Moving Image tribute when she broke down onstage as she let her emotions show as she heaped praise on the INDEPENDENCE DAY star.
She said, "This is a man that taught a little girl in Baltimore that she could have the world.
Smith was moved to give his wife a standing ovation and then was floored by his son JADEN, who stars alongside his dad in new movie THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS.
The young Smith joked about working with his father: "You were a real good actor but I taught you everything you know."
