Pop star ASHLEE SIMPSON has made a profit of $1.2 million (£615,000) after putting a mansion she bought only last year (05) up for sale.
The PIECES OF ME star purchased the property in the Los Angeles suburb of Encino for $4.5 million (£2.3 million) but sold it for $5.7 million (£2.9 million).
The mansion features a gym, mediation room, sauna, spa and a huge closet equipped with its own washer and dryer unit.
The 22-year-old sold the home to Hawaiian convalescent hospital owner EDWARD KEH.
Simpson recently revealed she has purchased a new house and is staying with big sister JESSICA while it’s being renovated.
