HEATHER MILLS is seeking to oust her estranged husband SIR PAUL McCARTNEY from the home his first wife LINDA McCARTNEY gave to him as a wedding present.
Mills was yesterday (29NOV06) photographed holding a notebook outside a London restaurant - with her divorce game plan scribblings clearly visible.
The 38-year-old hopes to gain ownership of Peamarsh, the £4 million ($7.6 million), 160 acre estate near Rye, England late Linda bought for the then-BEATLE in 1969.
One of Mills’ notes read: "I’m seeking an order for occupation of the matrimonial home." She also hopes to have "continued access" to her three-year-old daughter with McCartney, BEATRICE.
She writes: "1) Continued access till divorce. 2) Refused access if I have court order. 3) Contempt of court. Ex parte application." McCartney and Mills split up in May (06) after four years of marriage and began divorce proceedings in July (06).
