MILLS’ VEGAN FAST-FOOD DREAMS
HEATHER MILLS is planning to out-vegetarian her estranged husband’s late wife LINDA McCARTNEY by opening a chain of vegan restaurants.
The former model, who is raising her daughter BEATRICE as a vegan, is hoping to use some of the millions she stands to receive as part of her divorce settlement with former BEATLE SIR PAUL McCARTNEY to realise her diner dreams.
She says, "My dream is to open a fast-food vegan chain but people don’t know it’s vegan; they juts go in and go, ‘Oh, let’s try this.’ "It’s a whole marketing experience."
