Actress ELLEN BARKIN made her feelings for ex-husband RON PERELMAN clear this week (15NOV06) when she drenched the billionaire with a glass of chilled water in a restaurant.
The pair, who haven’t met since their split in January (06), were both dining at the same New York restaurant when Perelman approached Barkin’s table.
Sources tell PageSix.com the actress believed her ex was leaning in for a kiss when she threw the full glass over him, but Perelman maintains he was merely passing her table en route to the bathroom.
His spokeswoman says, "It is pitiful that Ms Barkin has fabricated a reason to justify an unprovoked assault on him." Last month (OCT06), Barkin auctioned all the jewellery her former husband gave her during their six-year marriage for $20.3 million (£11.3 million).
