AUDIENCE FEARED FOR MINOGUE
KYLIE MINOGUE had to order audience members to dance at her comeback concert on Saturday (11NOV06), because the crowd were too worried about her to get down.
The singer was forced to postpone her Showgirl world tour last year (05) when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
She’s now fit and well and was raring to dazzle fans in her hometown Sydney, Australia - but the 10,000-strong crowd feared Minogue couldn’t cope.
After discovering the reason for their restraint during the interval, Minogue demanded fans get on their feet when she returned for the second half.
A source says, "Once she told them to stand up and dance, she gave the performance of her life."
