STEFANI’S BABY DISRUPTS RECORDING SESSIONS
R&B star AKON struggled with recording sessions for GWEN STEFANI’s second album, because her baby son KINGSTON constantly cut her vocals short.
The LONELY hitmaker is producing tracks for the follow up to LOVE ANGEL MUSIC BABY and became annoyed when Stefani kept interrupting sessions to attend to Kingston.
He says, "She brought her son Kingston into the studio and she would be in the booth, then she’s like, ‘Hold on, I’ve got to check on the baby!’ "I’m like, ‘Come on, you’ve got to get this done!’ But I’ve got three kids of my own, so I understand."
