British jazz singer KATIE MELUA has reassured fans she has no immediate plans to attend university, because she wants to remain focused on her music.
The NINE MILLION BICYCLES star would love to attend further education, but is undecided over what to eventually study out of English literature, history and physics.
However, Melua insists her first priority will always be her recording career.
A spokeswoman says, "Katie is not heading off to university at any time in the foreseeable future."
