KYLIE MINOGUE feared her fans would turn their backs on her when she was first diagnosed with cancer.
When the Australian star first discovered she was suffering breast cancer last year (05) she confesses worrying her career was over.
Eighteen months on, the SPINNING AROUND singer is ready to hit the road again and resume the world tour she had to cut short.
Minogue says, "It just seemed that it would be impossible.
"Nothing was very clear for me then. I didn’t know if there would be a stigma attached, how it works, and so much of this is all about presentation and advertising."
