KAPRANOS PENS TOUR COOKBOOK

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 6:39 pm

FRANZ FERDINAND frontman ALEX KAPRANOS has published a book on his unique experiences of worldwide cuisine.
A columnist for British newspaper The Guardian and former chef, Kapranos’ SOUNDBITES: EATING ON TOUR WITH FRANZ FERDINAND features unpublished work from the singer and has been illustrated by the band’s touring drummer ANDREW KNOWLES.
However, Kapranos’ culinary credentials haven’t prepared him for everything.
He says, "The worst (food) was a plate of bull’s testicles in Argentina.
Don’t even think about trying them - they taste disgusting." Kapranos formerly worked as a chef at Glasgow, Scotland eatery Groucho St Judes, where he reportedly hatched ideas for his future band with fellow employee and later Franz Ferdinand bassist, BOB HARDY.
