RADCLIFFE: ‘THEATRE ROLE IS A DREAM COME TRUE’

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 3:45 pm

LATEST: Teenage actor DANIEL RADCLIFFE has again defended his upcoming theatre role, insisting he’s "honoured" to be appearing nude in PETER SHAFFER’s EQUUS next year (07).
The HARRY POTTER star will play a troubled youth with a religious-erotic obsession with horses in the controversial play, which opens at London’s Gielgud Theatre in February (07).
And Radcliffe is excited to be taking on such a challenging role.
He says, "As a young actor the opportunity to perform in Peter Shaffer’s award-winning play Equus is a dream come true. ALAN STRANG is an incredibly complex and dark character and I’m honoured to be entrusted with playing him."
