Actor CHARLIE SHEEN approves of his ex-wife DENISE RICHARDS’ new lover because he knows he’s a great father figure for his daughters.
The WALL STREET star and the ex-BOND girl were embroiled in a bitter divorce and custody battle earlier this year (06), but now Sheen insists the "nonsense" is behind the couple and he’s happy she’s found love with their former neighbour, BON JOVI rocker RICHIE SAMBORA.
Sheen says, "At least I knew the guy that she wound up with. "To know that it’s somebody decent and smart and a good parent to be around your children, that’s a good thing."
