JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE mocked KANYE WEST over his reaction to losing out in the Best Video category at the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) last night (02NOV06), claiming the rapper will be "in the parking lot accepting awards he did not win" following the ceremony.
Timberlake hosted the star-studded ceremony in Copenhagen, Denmark’s Bella Center, where he opened the show with a medley of his new songs SEXYBACK, MY LOVE and LOVE STONED, before going on to win Best Pop and Best Male.
Despite winning Best Hip-Hop, West was furious to see French DJ JUSTICE VS SIMIAN collect Best Video for their club hit WE ARE YOUR FRIENDS over his promo for TOUCH THE SKY and stormed on stage during their speech, shouting, "F**k this! My video cost a million dollars… If I don’t win, the awards show loses credibility." Following West’s onstage tirade, Timberlake said, "After the show, Kanye will be in the parking lot accepting awards he did not win.
"Seriously though, I’ve got sexy covered, it’s good to see someone’s doing crazy."
