THEWLIS BLAMES BASIC INSTINCT 2 FAILURE ON BAD CHEMISTRY

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:42 pm

British actor DAVID THEWLIS insists belated sequel BASIC INSTINCT 2 was "doomed" from the start, because there was no chemistry between the movie’s stars.
The HARRY POTTER star had little to do with leading lady SHARON STONE, and wishes she had made more of an effort to socialise on the movie set, to bring cast and crew closer together.
Thewlis says, "I don’t think it really worked as a film.
"Personally, making it, it was mainly just me and DAVID MORRISSEY working together.
"I didn’t have much to do with Sharon Stone - enough said. People asked was she really difficult? and I said, ‘To be honest, I didn’t really get to know her.’ "I had one scene with her and she was perfectly fine. I think the project was a little doomed."
