PITT JOINS CARTER FOR CHRISTIAN CHARITY
Movie star BRAD PITT got dirty with former US President JIMMY CARTER yesterday (30OCT06) as the pair helped build homes for the poor in western India.
The FIGHT CLUB star joined volunteers working for Christian charity Habitat For Humanity yesterday (30OCT06), which has been promoted by Carter and his wife ROSALYNN since 1984.
Pitt donned protective goggles and gloves as he fixed a window grill and slapped cement onto bricks in Lonavla, a small town south-east of Mumbai.
The actor was already in India, where his girlfriend ANGELINA JOLIE is shooting new movie A MIGHTY HEART. Jolie stars as the wife of late US journalist DANIEL PEARL.
