GABRIEL: ‘GENESIS REUNION LOOKS TO BE GOING WELL’
PETER GABRIEL has reassured fans that reformed rockers GENESIS are getting along with each other, despite not taking part in the upcoming reunion himself.
Gabriel, who was replaced as the British band’s frontman by drummer PHIL COLLINS when he left Genesis in 1976, is instead concentrating on his solo career.
He says, "I think they seemed to be enjoying the rehearsals from what I’ve heard, so there’s no bad feeling there." Collins and fellow Genesis veterans MIKE RUTHERFORD and TONY BANKS will reunite next year (07) to embark on a tour of the US and Europe.
