Bassist MARK HOPPUS has launched a scathing attack on his former BLINK-182 bandmate TOM DeLONGE, insisting he destroyed the group with his "selfish nature".
The rock outfit split last year (05) when frontman DeLonge left to form new band ANGELS AND AIRWAVES - and Hoppus blames their demise on DeLonge’s reluctance to travel away from his San Diego, California home.
Hoppus says, "Your selfish nature is destroying everything that the three of us, our crew, and everyone else worked so hard to do.
"Name anyone else in the world who gets to travel, gets paid ridiculous amounts of money, brings their family anywhere, and then has two months off just to chill. And that’s not enough for you?" Hoppus has since reteamed with Blink-182 drummer TRAVIS BARKER in pop punk project +44.
