BURNS REGRETS HIS CHOICE OF ROLES
Actor ED BURNS is still furious with himself for turning down roles in a series of blockbuster movies, because he was obsessed with maintaining his integrity.
The SAVING PRIVATE RYAN star deeply regrets refusing parts in hit films including THE PERFECT STORM, MY BEST FRIEND’S WEDDING and MICHAEL COLLINS.
Burns tells PageSix.com, "I was young and naive. I look back on my career (now) and say, ‘What an idiot I was.’"
