URBAN’S UNCLE: ‘I’LL SCRAG HIM.’
Troubled country crooner KEITH URBAN’s outspoken uncle has offered to wring his nephew’s neck for failing to stay sober.
Urban checked into a rehab facility last week (ends20OCT06) in an effort to curb his alcoholism and relapsing recently, and his dad’s brother BRIAN is far from impressed.
Speaking to Australia’s Daily Telegraph newspaper, the New Zealander fumes, "I’d like to get hold of him. I would scrag him (wring his neck)." The singer’s less-than-supportive uncle fears a second stint in rehab will prove to be a waste of time and money: "Well he’s done it before, hasn’t he? And it didn’t fix him… "Why should it work the second time?"
