Attorney DONNA WULKAN has slammed GOLDIE HAWN for reportedly breaking and entering into her Washington DC home - branding the PRIVATE BENJAMIN actress a "real pain".
Hawn confessed to once climbing through an open window of the red brick surburban house where she spent her youth - but blames her behaviour on a mere bout of nostalgia.
The house was sold to its current owner Wulkan, by Hawn’s late mother, LAURA STEINHOFF.
She says, "I’m not ready to call the US attorney’s office and say this star is breaking and entering into my house. But it would be nice if she called me the next time she wants to come over."

Chat show queen OPRAH WINFREY headlined a fundraiser at a private college for black women last Friday (20OCTO6), encouraging 300 guests to give something back to their community.
Winfrey, who limits her speaking engagements to events that "really matter", spoke at Bennett College, which is in the midst of a $50 million ((£27 million) fundraising campaign co-chaired by poet and novelist MAYA ANGELOU.
Winfrey says, "You can’t continue to move forward unless you give back what you are given. It is our calling. Bennett really matters.

US rap star RAS KASS has been criticised by the late STEVE IRWIN’s manager JOHN STAINTON, after the hip hop lyricist used THE CROCODILE HUNTER’s death to take a swipe at a rival rapper.
KASS took aim at fellow rap artist THE GAME with lyrics that reference the much loved Australian’s recent death (4SEP06), after he was stung in the heart by a stingray as he snorkeled off the Great Barrier Reef. During the track, Kass can be heard saying of The Game, "You’re the waste of LA, you the Crocodile Hunter, I am the stingray." Irwin’s longtime friend and manager says, "I just find it a bit sad that people have to stoop to that. It is a bit disappointing. I can’t understand the point to it. There are other references they can make that will put the point across. "I just think it a pity that people do have to use Steve or anyone who has died in tragic circumstances as a form of entertainment."

LATEST: MONTY PYTHON star TERRY JONES has undergone surgery for colon cancer. The 64 year old was "in good spirits and the operation went very well", according to his agent JODI SHIELDS. She says, "Terry’s doctors are very cheered with an early diagnosis of possible colon cancer for which he has now had routine surgery in a London private hospital.
"He is in high spirits and very pleased that the doctors say they have caught it early.
The comedian was told he had cancer only days before the opening of the SPAMALOT musical in London on Tuesday (17OCT06), which is based on the classic MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL film. Despite the diagnosis, Jones was able to attend the premiere with the original cast, which included MICHAEL PALIN, ERIC IDLE and TERRY GILLIAM.

Former BLUR guitarist GRAHAM COXON insists a reunion with the band would be pointless, as his solo material is "better than Blur." The COFFEE AND TV star’s comments could refuel the row between himself and Blur frontman DAMON ALBARN since he split from the band in 2002.
He says, "When I was writing I would ask myself, ‘Is this as catchy as a Blur song? Or does it sound too much like a Blur song?’ "So yes I do compare and I think a lot of my songs are better than Blur."

Rapper-turned-actor ICE CUBE has slammed the Governor of California, ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, for failing to do enough to help the poor in the West Coast state.

BLUR bassist ALEX JAMES is to present the return of 1980s iconic music show THE TUBE, which is set to air as a radio programme on Channel 4’s new virtual broadcasting service, Channel4radio.com.
The cult TV show, originally launched in 1982, was seen as an alternative to the BBC’s now defunct hit chart show TOP OF THE POPS, and featured legendary live performances from the likes of REM, U2 and MADONNA.
James will be joined by Factory Records boss TONY WILSON, MTV presenter EMILY ROSE and children’s television presenter KONNIE HUQ, when the programme begins in its new radio format on November 3 (06).
He says, "I’m very excited to be presenting the new Tube. I’m looking forward to being part of something unpredictable.
"This is a completely new recipe for radio; mix a whole bucket of music show with a tablespoon of contemporary art, a teaspoon of rocket science and a pinch of bottom. "Stand well back and listen for an hour."

Dancehall star BEENIE MAN has hit out at critics who accuse him of homophobia, insisting Jamaican culture is far less prejudiced than in Israel.
The HEADS HIGH hitmaker - born ANTHONY MOSES DAVIS - has had scheduled gigs in the US and UK cancelled on numerous occasions, after members of homosexual rights groups protested against the artist’s lyrics, which includes material such as: "I’m dreaming of a new Jamaica, come to execute all the gays." Davis says, "I like to entertain, not hurt people. In Jamaica being gay isn’t the same as in the UK.
"Batty man does not mean gay. A batty man is a man dat like to have sex through the rear; he isn’t gay. He could have a wife and kids, but just does that… it’s also a word for the man that likes to indulge in kid prostitution, which is frowned upon, so of course we will speak out.
"Gay attacks happen everywhere, why blame it on Jamaican music? In Jerusalem (Israel) if a person is gay, they can be taken to the middle of the road and cut up. But they say we are the most homophobic country in the world!"

G-UNIT cohorts MOBB DEEP were nearly killed in a plane incident when one of the engines of the aircraft on which they were travelling failed, forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing in Tampa, Florida, early Saturday morning (21OCT06).
The rappers were flying from New York to Chile to perform a number of gigs, but after missing their connecting flight, HAVOC and PRODIGY were forced to catch another plane from Atlanta, which ran into engine trouble an hour into the journey.
A press statement reads, "The plane began dropping and rising and dropping again, soon after which passengers noticed flames and smoke pouring out of one of the engines." The Delta Flight 147 landed safely at around 12.30am on Saturday, much to the relief of the QUIET STORM hitmakers.
MC Havoc tells AllHipHop.com, "All I can say is God was on our side. It could (have) turned out the opposite way.
"It makes you look at many things in perspective." Also on the flight were rappers SAM SCARFO and 40 GLOCC, who is signed to Mobb Deep’s Infamous Records. They all returned to New York instead of going to Chile as planned.

The RHYTHM IS GOING TO GET YOU star was due to attend a signing for her new children’s book NOELLE’s TREASURE TALES in New York but her limousine was caught in a traffic bomb scare on the famous bridge. Undeterred however, the feisty Latina defied security fears and walked over the bridge to keep the appointment with her adoring fans. The ‘House of Wax’ actress will be promoting lavish evening wear designed by her friend Anand Jon.
Anand - who is American but of Indian descent - told the Times of India newspaper: "When I told her about this visit, she was pretty excited.

The rapper says that during his relationship with the ‘Wedding Planner’ actress he was secretly romancing the mother of his children, Kim Porter.
He confessed during an interview with radio station Power 105.1: "I cheated on her with Kim, but it wasn’t cheating to me." Diddy also suggested he wasn’t the only unfaithful one in the relationship.

Kylie - who was forced to cancel several concerts last year after being diagnosed with breast cancer - will reportedly thrill her fans with African costumes and props when she returns to the stage next month.
A source told Britain’s The People newspaper: "Kylie wanted to update the outfits and routines and decided an African theme would be really different." The ‘Spinning Around’ singer will kick off her tour at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in her native Australia on November 11.
Kylie was given an all-clear from cancer in January and took to the stage for the first time after her illness in June, when she sang a duet with her sister Dannii at a London’s Astoria nightclub.
The petite singer was called on stage by her sibling, who was there to promote her upcoming album at the club’s famous G.A.Y night.

The ‘X-Men’ star admits that despite being one of Hollywood’s most sought-after actors he pines for his Australian homeland and wants his children to stay in touch with their roots.
Hugh told People magazine: "I did ‘The Boy from Oz’ on Broadway in New York I was playing this Australian character and singing ‘I Still Call Australia Home’ every night.
"So with the Australian flag dropping on stage, I was very much in touch. But I would love for my children to have some time there every year so it becomes a part of their upbringing." The ‘Prestige’ actor also revealed he makes sure he spends as much time as possible with his family so that he doesn’t miss out on being a father.
He explained: "I always make sure I see my family a lot. I fly them in. My wife and kids are always with me.

The founder of the world famous Hollywood Wax Museum SPOONY SINGH has died. He was 83.
Singh passed away at his Malibu, California home on Wednesday (18OCT06) after suffering congestive heart failure.
The India-born star moved to Canada with his family aged three before relocating to Hollywood in 1964. Frustrated at his lack of celebrity sightings, he opened the museum a year later (65) which boasts nearly 200 figures of Hollywood stars.
He once explained, "I thought, let’s bring the stars back to Hollywood Boulevard. Let’s allow people to get close and look into the eyes of their favourite entertainers.
"Believe me, I didn’t know if it would even work." He is survived by his wife of 63 years, CHANCHIL, six children and 11 grandchildren.
