BECKHAMS MOURNING FORMER MINDER
Soccer star DAVID BECKHAM and his wife VICTORIA are in shock after learning last night (19OCT06) that their close pal and former bodyguard MERRICK McDONALD has been killed by a car bomb in Iraq.
The British golden couple’s chief minder quit working for the pair 18 months ago to work as a security guard in Iraq, after two years protecting the Beckhams after they moved to Spain.
McDonald died last Wednesday (11OCT06), but his name has only just been released. The Beckhams have declined to comment out of respect for McDonald’s family.
