Clean-living actress GWYNETH PALTROW is so obsessed with her macrobiotic diet she’s trying to convert her family, according to the Oscar winner’s mother.
The SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE star has adopted a strict eating regime in which food can only be eaten if it falls into narrow colour, cooking and seasonal categories.
And she’s so hooked on the habit, she wants her relatives and friends to reap the health benefits too.
Her actress mum BLYTHE DANNER says, "After (husband) BRUCE died she insisted I do a macrobiotic diet, which she was trying to get him on.
"I don’t do it strictly, but I enjoy it."
