LEONARDO DiCAPRIO is set to create a new reality show, chronicling the eco-friendly reconstruction of an American town.
The TITANIC star was approached by the show’s producers, Pilgrim Films & Television and Madison Road Entertainment, because of his strong environmental stance, and will be credited as co-creator and executive producer of the programme E-TOPIA.
Pilgrim boss, CRAIG PILIGIAN, tells New York Daily News, "Take an American town that has been destroyed and bring it back to its former glory and then some. This time it’ll be stronger, better, cleaner. This town will be reborn as the prototype for the future." DiCaprio is such a keen environmentalist he’s split his official website into separate acting and eco sections.
