MEAT LOAF’S PLANE SCARE
MEAT LOAF was left shaken when his private jet was almost forced to crash land in England this week (begs09OCT06), when the plane’s undercarriage failed.
The BAT OUT OF HELL singer was in Europe promoting new single ALL COMING BACK TO ME NOW when his jet was forced to circle London’s Stanstead Airport for 45 minutes as the crew prepared for an emergency landing.
But the undercarriage miraculously came down as the aircraft made its final approach for a dangerous crash landing.
His representative says, "He must have been a bit scared but I’m told he looked calm in the plane. He was grateful to the crew."
