DRESS UP AS THE YEAH YEAH YEAHS
Cult rockers YEAH YEAH YEAHS are challenging their fans to dress up like them at an in-store appearance in Atlanta, Georgia on Friday (13OCT06).
The New York City band will perform an acoustic set at Criminal Records and, because they have to dash off to perform a gig at the nearby Tabernacle venue, they will have no time to sign autographs.
So the three-piece want fans to dress as their Doppelganger instead.
The shop’s website Criminal.com says, "The band doesn’t have time to do the full-on meet and greet signing thing because they have to get to soundcheck for their big show at the Tabernacle.
"But they will take photos with any fans that are dressed like them. Yep.
Seriously."
