JACKSON AND DUPRI HOUSEHUNTING IN MANHATTAN
R&B couple JANET JACKSON and JERMAINE DUPRI are reportedly in talks to buy a $30 million (£16 million) apartment overlooking New York City’s Central Park.
The ALL FOR YOU singer, and her producer beau, had viewed a 9,000-square-foot (836-square-metre) home in a high-rise block in Manhattan’s Columbus Circle, according to America’s Upscale magazine.
As she viewed the apartment’s walk-in closets, she said, "Jermaine could take the bigger one. He has way more shoes than I do and I’m a shoe whore!" If Jackson goes ahead with the sale, the purchase could be one of the highest prices on record for an apartment in the Big Apple.
