GREY’S ANATOMY STAR’S SKINNY WOES
GREY’S ANATOMY star ELLEN POMPEO has hit back at claims she doesn’t eat insisting she frequently stuffs herself with "cakes and treacle".
The 36-year-old actress admits she is upset when people criticise her natural body shape. She says, "Being naturally thin is the only body type that is not accepted. "I get hurt when people call me skinny in the same way as an overweight person is hurt by being called fat. Some people are just naturally really big like basketball players and I’m naturally thin.
"At school I was terribly skinny. No boobs, no butt, just a skinny little awkward thing. "Now I work out four days a week with a trainer to build muscle. People think I don’t eat which is crazy. I like cake and treacle."
