EVA LONGORIA was devastated when she arrived in Bora Bora for a romantic holiday with boyfriend TONY PARKER and discovered NICOLE KIDMAN and KEITH URBAN were honeymooning next door.
The star was hoping for a much-needed break away from the prying eyes of the paparazzi and arrived to find media from all over the world staked-out hoping for a picture of the famous newlyweds.
Longoria appeared on the THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW on Friday (22SEPT06) where she shared some of her vacation photos.
She explained, "We went a couple places this summer, we went to Cabo (San Lucas, Mexico) and Tahiti. Everyone in the world saw our vacation pictures, so this isn’t anything special. "We went to Bora Bora and Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were honeymooning in the villa right next to us! "We were like ‘Ugh!’ There were paparazzi everywhere! We were like, ‘How did they know we were here?’ and they were there for them.
"They never came out of their villa, so all they got were shots of us snorkeling and swimming with the dolphins!"

Pretty actress GABRIELLE UNION is urging women to use their instinct to avoid dangerous situations, because if she had used hers she wouldn’t have been a rape victim.
The CRADLE 2 THE GRAVE star was 19 when she was raped at gunpoint while she was trying to close up the mall store she worked at - and now she just wishes she had run when her gut told her to.
She says, "When the man who raped me came into the store, my heart said run, but I was raised to be polite and not make others uncomfortable.
"Women are constantly second-guessing our instincts but you know your body, and your body is telling you something is wrong… We are given instincts for a reason." Union insists girls who think they have medical issues should learn to trust their instincts too.
She adds, "If you feel something’s amiss, go to the doctor and if he says, `You’re too young to have breast cancer,’ you say, `OK, thank you… and who’s the next doctor on my list?’ "Get a couple of opinions. Ignorance is not bliss."

Hunky actor JAMES FRANCO tested his passion for flying when he took off with US stunt team The Blue Angels.
The SPIDER-MAN star took flying lessons as part of his preparation for new period film FLYBOYS and couldn’t resist hitting the heights in a speedy stunt plane.
He says, "The last time I flew, I went up with the blue angels. They took me up… and it’s a work-out because you’ll pass out if you don’t flex you legs and do this special breathing.
"You pull Gs, and we pulled, like, 7.5 Gs and that’s like 7.5 times your body weight pulling on you." Franco’s flying lessons paid off - the actor is now a qualified pilot.
He adds, "I signed on about five months in advance. TONY BELL, the director who is a pilot, took me up in this plane, the Marchetti SF260, and did a bunch of aerobatics and I loved it so I figured I might as well get my license out of the time.
"So I went every day for about three months and got it."

ASHTON KUTCHER is keen to dedicate his new movie to the lifeguards who helped save lives after Hurricane Katrina because playing one of them made him realise what they mean to America.
The actor plays an ambitious rookie learning the ropes from veteran KEVIN COSTNER in THE GUARDIAN and admits he came away from the film with a new respect for all lifeguards.
He says, "They’re a special group of guys. I didn’t even know that the Coast Guard had an elite unit. The only thing I’d ever seen was at the end of the film PERFECT STORM when you see these guys jumping out of the helicopters.
"For me, it was incredible to meet someone who is that tough but has that big of a heart. These guys are real big tough guys and they’re so compassionate.
"I’d asked them about their saves and things that they’ve done and you can tell that they care about perfect strangers and that’s a special kind of human being. This movie is a thank you to the Coast Guard for saving so many lives during Hurricane Katrina. They all work so tirelessly with so little credit."

TRAFFIC star ERIKA CHRISTENSEN loves getting naked because she’s very proud of her body.
The pretty actress went topless for a shocking scene in new US TV series SIX DEGREES and admits she really was naked for the shoot - even though the director had to be careful with what he shot.
Christensen says, "I don’t have a problem with it. In real life, I’m always changing clothes in front of my girlfriends and asking if it’s OK later.
"I like my body - every bit of it - because it represents me. On my forearm are three little moles, and I see them and think, ‘That’s my arm.’"

Actor FOREST WHITAKER was so convincing as late Ugandan leader IDI AMIN, locals feared he’d come back from the grave to take charge again.
THE CRYING GAME star studied Swahili, lowered his voice and even mastered the accordion so he could perfect Amin in THE LAST KING OF SCOTLAND, and Ugandans felt sure they were looking at the real thing as Whitaker shot emotive scenes.
Movie maker KEVIN McDONALD explains, "In the big crowd scene in the film, the villagers who were living there thought the real Amin had come back.
"They thought he was giving speeches. They came up to me and said, ‘Why is he making the same speech 10 times this morning? We’re getting a bit bored!’" McDonald added to the Amin authenticity by locating the limousine the infamous Uganda leader used to drive around him.
He adds, "We found it in a garage that was being eaten by rats. It was just sitting there. We spray painted it but we could only get it to go in first gear.
"In the scene where JAMES McAVOY arrives in the limo at the Parliament, we had about 10 people pushing it. In fact James himself had to get out after the first take, push it up the hill and then run around jump in the car and then sit there for his shot."

Action man JET LI signed up to play famous Chinese martial arts hero HUO YUANJIA (corr) in new movie FEARLESS because he felt the legend’s story could help save teenage lives.
Yuanjia, who became the most famous fighter in all of China at the turn of the 20th Century, overcame a series of personal tragedies to reach the heights of the martial arts world.
And Li hopes his lifestory in Fearless will help to convince youngsters contemplating suicide that life is worth living.
He says, "There were a quarter of a million suicides in theworld in 2004, so I wanted to make a movie to tell that everyone has a hard time.
"A lot of Chinese teenagers are committing suicide and getting into trouble.
The news always talk about sports stars that have a car, a beautiful girl, diamonds everything and the kids don’t have that and feel unlucky so they kill themselves.
"I always try very hard to show them both sides."

KATE WINSLET was mortified when she learned she had to do a nude scene in her new movie ALL THE KING’S MEN because she was so self-conscious about her body after having two children. Winslet starred in the film alongside SEAN PENN and JUDE LAW and admits she had to think long and hard about baring all for the camera. She explains, "You’re beside yourself with terror, not least because it’s like someone turning around to you in a restaurant and saying, ‘I dare you to put some tap shoes on and dance naked on the table.’ "You’d rather do anything than do that. Every time (I do a nude scene) I say to myself, ‘Why am I doing this again? I’ve had two children. I don’t have the belly for this!’" The TITANIC star claims she cracks down and focuses on her diet a few right before her racy scenes.
She adds, "For a couple of weeks building up to it I’ll lay off booze and bread and be insanely disciplined."

DAME HELEN MIRREN fears QUEEN ELIZABETH II will never speak to her again after portraying her in the critically acclaimed new movie THE QUEEN. The 60-year-old star has been receiving rave reviews for her role as the British monarch and recently picked up the Best Actress honours at the Venice Film Festival. Mirren says she is apprehensive about encountering Queen Elizabeth saying, "I think she’ll carefully never meet me. I would hate for someone to play me on the screen." The PRIME SUSPECT star did meet the Queen five years ago at a polo match and was struck by how "very, very sparkly" she was. Mirren claims the most challenging aspect of the role was recreating the Queen’s voice and awkward stride. She adds, "I was so nervous about (the voice). It’s so recognisable. As a young girl, she was very light and quite graceful, except for this funny walk she’s got. "She’s got beautiful legs. She’s got much better legs than I have. After you put the gear on and walk like that, it all falls into place!"

GHOST WHISPERER star JENNIFER LOVE HEWITT has been ordered to cover up on the set of the TV show, because her outfits are too revealing.
The actress regularly wears revealing shirts on the show but has been asked to tone things down when appearing in the same scenes as children. The former PARTY OF FIVE star was shocked when she watched tapes of the show and saw herself bending over to talk to her younger co-stars and showing more than she expected.
She explains, "We’ve actually had to have a conversation about my tops for this coming season. I ended up in sort of inappropriate things sometimes while talking to ghost children. "We found it difficult and upsetting when we watched it back. I’d be like, ‘Are you OK?’ (leans over) and then there’s these things (breasts) and that’s not childlike at all. So we’ve fixed it this season!" Hewitt says she has to make the show sexy to get her younger male fans to tune in. She adds, "It’s part of ratings. You have to give the 14-year-old boys in America something to watch. If it’s just me talking to dead people, it’s not interesting to them at all!"

ROBERT DOWNEY JR feels an incredible sense of loyalty to his AIR AMERICA co-star MEL GIBSON after the star helped him win his own battle with substance abuse. Gibson caused outrage when he was arrested for drunk driving in July (06) in Malibu, California and subsequently made racial statements to his arresting officers. He has been condemned by a number of celebrities, but Downey Jr says, "He’s an artist and he’s imperfect like the rest of us. I don’t know if I could ever be there for him as much as he has for me.
"I’ve talked to him and seen him. He’s doing great, he’s a good dude and he’s taking care of himself."

TERMINATOR 2 star EDWARD FURLONG and his wife, actress RACHAEL BELLA welcomed their first child on 21 September (06).
The baby boy, named ETHAN PAGE FURLONG, weighed 3.4 kilograms (7 pounds, 7 ounces).
The couple’s representative, RJ ROUSSO, confirmed the birth to American publication People. Furlong, 29, and Bella, 22, married earlier this year (06). The couple met while starring in the independent film JIMMY AND JUDY.

BLACK EYED PEAS singer FERGIE has to exercise extra hard to keep her tone physique, because she suffers an addiction to pizza.
The LONDON BRIDGE singe - real name STACY FERGUSON - hikes with boyfriend JOSH DUHAMEL to keep her weight down, especially after eating extra helpings of the cheese-laden treat. She tells Self magazine "pizza dipped in ranch or blue-cheese dressing" is her favourite food splurge and that she has even created a pizza-like concoction for breakfast made up of "a bagel with cottage cheese and tomatoes".
She adds, "I heat it up, so the cheese melts a bit like a pizza!"

Original BAD COMPANY bassist and KING CRIMSON member RAYMOND "BOZ" BURRELL has died. He was 60.
Burrell died on Thursday (21SEPT06) at his home in Spain, according to a statement released by LED ZEPPELIN’s Swan Song Records.
The label released Bad Company’s first six studio albums.
The cause of Burrell’s death was not given.

DANNY FLORES, the musician who shouted "TEQUILA" in the 1950s hit song of the same name, has died. He was 77.
Flores, who played saxophone and repeatedly delivered the single-word lyric, died on Tuesday (19SEPT06) at a Huntington Beach, California hospital from complications from pneumonia.
In 1957, Flores was in a group that recorded some work with singer DAVE BURGESS and one of the songs was based on a nameless riff Flores had written.
Flores played the "dirty" saxophone part and gave the line for the song that the next year appeared as the B-side of a single credited to THE CHAMPS.
Tequila went to the top of the Billboard chart and won a Grammy award in 1959. Flores continued to play it for the next 40 years.

MICHAEL JACKSON has slammed media reports claiming he plans to buy an estate in Ireland and open a leprechaun-inspired theme park.
Jackson has been spending time in Ireland, prompting the reports in the Ireland Daily Mirror.
A source quoted in the story claimed, "Michael is deadly serious about this idea. He loves the whole idea of leprechauns and the magic and myths of Ireland. "It would cost around 500 million Euros to do. He’s always wanted to open his own theme park and he thinks Ireland is the perfect place." But a spokesperson for the cash-strapped star, who is currently based in Bahrain, insists the reports are "erroneous and ridiculous".

Pop superstar JANET JACKSON has had to convince her ex-husband she hadn’t given birth to a secret child with him, because of media rumours.
Jackson has been defending herself against the gossip, spread by a former in-law, for years, insisting the young girl everyone thinks might be her daughter is actually her niece.
But the rumours are so persistent, her ex-husband JAMES DEBARGE, who is rumoured to be the father of the child, came forward and asked Jackson to reveal the truth.
She says, "He and I have actually talked about it. He said to me that his mother actually mentioned it to him so much, he had to ask me about it.
"(He was) like, ‘You wouldn’t do that (lie), would you?’ I had to tell him, ‘If I’d had a baby, you would know.’ I would never keep a child from its father." Jackson admits she’s now seriously thinking about becoming a first-time mum after finding her soulmate in record producer JERMAINE DUPRI.
And she reveals she’s had plenty of offers to impregnate her.
She adds, "People offered to help me out after my divorce but now I would really love to experience motherhood."

DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES creator MARC CHERRY has banned any more female cast members from getting pregnant this season. MARCIA CROSS recently announced that she was pregnant, leaving producers scrambling to decide whether or not to write her pregnancy into the show. EVA LONGORIA made an appearance on THE ELLEN DEGENERES SHOW Friday (22SEPT06), where she said Cherry had pleaded with his other leading ladies not to get pregnant.
When Degeneres asked Longoria if she was willing to postpone getting married to boyfriend TONY PARKER and having a family she said, "It’s just difficult because our work schedule is so crazy.
"And you know Marcia Cross is pregnant and so Marc Cherry came on the set and he was like, ‘No more pregnancies this year! They’re really hard to write in!’" Longoria claims her and her basketball beau are happy to put their family plans on hold saying when the time is right she’ll have "as many (children) as God will give me - two, three, four, five…."
