LAW FROZEN BY ICE BATH PRANK
JUDE LAW was left red-faced during his Broadway, New York breakthrough a decade ago (95) when a cruel ice-bath prank left him shrivelled and shrunken in front of his friends.
A group of the actor’s London friends flew over to see the COLD MOUNTAIN star onstage in INDISCRETIONS, which featured a bathroom scene in which Law bared all.
But on the night his friends visited the theatre, a cheeky crewmember decided to fill his onstage bath with ice.
Law recalls, "There was a scene where I had to have a bath and so I had to get out of the bath and I had to dry myself, obviously.
"There was a particular night when my friends were all in the audience and the wonderful gentlemen who ran the bath backstage put ice cubes in the water."
