Sean Penn is in trouble after lighting up a cigarette in Toronto.

The actor ignored local anti-smoking laws, banning smoking in certain public places, by puffing on a cigarette during a press conference on Sunday (10.09.06).
Jim Watson, who is in charge of implementing the new smoke-free legislation, said: "No one is above the law, whether it’s Sean Penn or someone at the local tavern.
"I certainly hope the Toronto International Film Festival would remind, in a not-so-subtle fashion, that guests coming here shouldn’t simply go out and snub their nose at our laws." Michael Perly, executive director of the Ontario Campaign for Action on Tobacco, has also attacked the ‘All The Kings Men’ star for flouting the rules.
He said: "It was such a flagrant breach of the law. It absolutely should be a target." The Smoke-Free Ontario Act bans smoking in enclosed public spaces and workplaces. That includes outdoor stadiums and company vehicles.
If officials do decide to prosecute, Penn could receive a $305 fine.
