JULIAN McMAHON uses experiences from his own quirky sex life to spice up his love scenes in hit drama NIP/TUCK. McMahon claims playing lusty plastic surgeon CHRISTIAN TROY on the hit series wasn’t a huge stretch - because the character is so close to his own personality.
He tells gay publication The Advocate, "I think we’re pretty similar (sexually). I think that’s why it’s been easy for me to inhabit the character.
"Everything Christian does, I inject something from my experience. I was trying to get bondage into the show. "When we first started talking about kicking it up a notch this season, I thought that might be a good way to do it." But while McMahon is open to most sexual encounters the show’s writers come up with, he won’t go so far as to share a same sex kiss on screen.
He adds, "I’m not good with the other-guy thing. I don’t want to see my buddy’s cum face!"
