THE END FOR MIRREN’S PRIME SUSPECT CHARACTER
British actress DAME HELEN MIRREN has let slip that her character in long-running British TV police drama PRIME SUSPECT will die at the end of the next series.
The 61-year-old has been playing DCI JANE TENNISON in the gritty show on-and-off since 1991 and she has let slip the dramatic end to PRIME SUSPECT 7, which is set to air on ITV1 later this year (06).
She says, "As far as I know, at this time, that is the end for Jane Tennison.
But who knows what might happen…
"She might come back from the dead! Oh my god, forget that I said that!"
