Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:44 pm

Actor SEAN PENN has been criticised by officials in Canada after breaking an anti-smoking ban in the country.
The Oscar winner lit up during a press conference in a hotel at the Toronto Film Festival, where he is promoting new movie ALL THE KING’S MEN. In the state of Ontario smoking is banned in all enclosed public places.
Now politicians and anti-tobacco campaigners are calling for him to be charged by police.
Health Promotion Minister JIM WATSON says, "He should be charged." MICHAEL PERLY, boss of the Ontario Campaign for Action On Tobacco, adds, "It was such a flagrant breach of the law. It absolutely should be a target."
