MOAKLER FEELS BETRAYED BY BARKER AND HILTON
LATEST: SHANNA MOAKLER has slammed estranged husband TRAVIS BARKER for publicly kissing socialite PARIS HILTON at a New York City club while he is still in the middle of a painful divorce.
Last month (AUG06), the BLINK 182 drummer filed for divorce, alleging that Moakler had been unfaithful and also neglected their children.
Moakler insists she didn’t cheat during their marriage and is devastated by reports he has hooked up with the STARS ARE BLIND singer.
She tells American publication People, “When I first heard of the situation I felt betrayed, but in order to maintain a positive atmosphere for my children I’ve decided that not to exacerbate the situation by commenting on each new aspect of Travis Barker’s personal life.” Barker and Hilton were spotted at New York hotspot Butter Monday night (11SEP06) at a party hosted by KANYE WEST, and were together again on Tuesday night (12SEP06) at New York club Marquee.
Hilton slammed tabloid reports last week (ends03SEP06) claiming she had hooked up with the newly-single rocker, insisting she didn’t kiss Barker at a Las Vegas, Nevada gentlemen’s club, but was with his friend ALEX, who looked just like him.
Hilton’s publicist confirms that she was with Barker in New York saying, “They like each other. Paris really likes him. Beyond that I cannot comment.”
