50 CENT SUPPORTS SUMMER STARS

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 1:45 pm

Rapper 50 CENT has thrilled 50 wannabe stars with a $70,000 (£39,000) grant enabling them to attend a summer talent camp.
The IN DA CLUB hitmaker has endorsed the Summer Stars Camp For The Performing Arts for the opportunity it affords promising kids to develop their creativity, and even paid a visit to the Cape Cod, Massachusetts site this summer (06).
He tells AllHipHop.com, "These kids performed a great show for me. It was exciting and rewarding to interact with them and give them an opportunity to showcase their talent." His G-Unity Foundation, who approved the pay-out, has already benefitted a variety of causes aiding low-income families.

    1. Hi,
My name is Michael Gerald and i am now 16years old. I am a former camper of the Summer Stars Camp for the Performing Arts in Cape Cod. For the past 5years i have been attending this camp. This year of 2007, the Summer Stars Camp for the Performing Arts have been switched to a camp called Idol Camp. This camp is required of a sum of $3,000. It makes it very impossible for some kids to attend this camp because of the amount of money. For the years i have been attending, The Camp For The Performing Arts has been A free camp thanks to Britney Spears. I also Thank 50cent for Granting $70,000 to keep the camp for 2006..Many of us former campers are vey furious about this. This camp is like a home for us in the summer.. it Gives us a chance to see our old friends and meet ones.. Please i ask of you to do something about this matter. And a special Thanks to 50cent.
