EMI BOSSES SUE BEATLES/BEACH BOYS TRIBUTE ACT

Posted in: Entertainment — PR-inside Entertainment News @ 9:36 pm

Lawyers for the BEATLES’ publisher, EMI, have been instructed to thwart producer CLAYTON COUNTS from recording and releasing mashups of Fab Four and BEACH BOYS records.
Counts has been hit with a multi-million dollar lawsuit in response to his experimental album SGT PETSOUNDS, which he released under alter-ego THE BEACHLES.
EMI bosses are demanding that Counts alerts them to everyone who has downloaded a copy of his recording. They claim that hundreds of thousands of Beatles fans have bought the unauthorised material online.
In a statement, a defiant Counts says, "In your face, come and get me. You cannot take my life, Capitol Recordings."
